Coconut Orange Smoothie
2 whole peeled oranges
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup Brazil nuts or nut butter
1 handful chopped romaine lettuce
1 tablespoon ground hemp or flax seeds
1 tablespoon raw honey
3 cups of water or coconut water
Blend the oranges with the water first, then add the remaining ingredients… blend again until smooth
If it’s not sweet enough for you, add a banana or more honey.
If you need to tame the sweet add more greens
If you have leftovers just store the rest in a mason jar in the fridge for later.
